How do you see yourself within a couple of years? How can you redesign your careers in a structured way? Self-Coaching is where YOU are in total control over what you are pursuing, by working through this powerful, intensive, and highly interactive workshop with the empowerment of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®. Upon completing the workshop, you will recognize your fundamental values and create your own personal ambitions.

Course Objectives:

1. To understand and diagnose your current Personal Business Landscape with LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology.
2. To redesign your Landscape for greater satisfaction and success.
3. To Learn business modelling and entrepreneurship principles, and how they apply to individuals, and how you can use them to develop your action plan.

This is a program offered by HKU Space Executive Academy (SEA).

What our learn?

This is an excellent course with great, experienced professionals. The content is good and the videos and exercises really take you through a learning experience, which is good for adult learning. Finally, the time and pace fit reasonably in an executive work schedule.
