Course Details:

Build the blocks, to build your team. To harvest the collective wisdom of your organization, team members must complement each other. Still, oral and written communication do not equate to shared understanding, so participation and cooperation are needed to open up effective dialogues, and develop a mutual identity among the team. Through the use of LEGO® bricks, team members will build collaborative models to shape a shared vision, realize and strengthen their positive behaviors to achieve the vision, and just let go of the negative behaviors.

Course Objectives:
    1. To enhance the sense of self-reflection and increase self-awareness.
    2. To foster effective communication and a deep understanding between team members.
    3. To build a mutual vision of the team and strengthen the skills needed to achieve the vision.

What our learn?

This is an excellent course with great, experienced professionals. The content is good and the videos and exercises really take you through a learning experience, which is good for adult learning. Finally, the time and pace fit reasonably in an executive work schedule.
